How to access the free wireless

If you have internet access in your room, but can't get the free wireless access in the public areas of the hotel, here's what you need to do. Ring the help desk on 1-888-240-3736 and they will give you an access code!

Sending e-mail over the Fairmont Network

So, if you want to send e-mail using your normal POP/IMAP client, you'll need to set your e-mail accounts to use this SMTP server (no authentication).

smtp.hsia.fairmont.com

This may be risky as some spam blockers try to see that the domain of the e-mail is from the domain of the smtp server. But I guess it is worth the risk ... maybe.
