Bigger, longer, uncut - and now featuring Captain Kirk!
The full set of slides from my panel talk “It Seemed Like the Thing To Do At The Time: State of Mind and Failure” is available from slideshare. This new and improved version includes a considerable amount of material we had to trim to meet our original time limit. Hope it makes you laugh, while simultaneously offering useful insights into the connections between small teams and failing societies.

Presentations and podcasts will be made available progressively over the next month or so. I need to do some minor restructuring of the website then upload and publish them. And there is also plenty of work needed to get the podcasts ready.

But there is a thing - does anybody know when and where the presentations and the pod casts will be published?
Greetings from Frankfurt/Germany, Stephan

As I mentioned during the 5-minute madness, the ASIS&T Pacific Northwest chapter will be holding a monthly informal social gathering at the Elysian in Capitol Hill the second Thursday of every month from 7-10pm (the next one will be April 12th). It’s open to anyone, especially those of other UX-minded organizations. Bring a fellow IA, user experience designer, interaction designer, taxonomist, librarian — anyone with an interest in user-centered design and information!
See you there!
