IAs aren’t one-dimensional beings. We’re well-rounded individuals, with loads of disparate interests. The IA Summit honors this fact with mixers and activities aimed at the more creative, social side of our attendees. And, to be honest, what better way is there to network than to just cut loose and have fun with 600 of your new best friends in a low-stress, low-pressure atmosphere?
If you’ve never been to the Summit before, we’ll make it easy to make new friends and meet old timers who can show you the ropes. If you want to have your resume reviewed or get in a mentoring session from your peers, we’ve got that covered, too. You can also break a sweat or shake a leg with a fellow Summiter, before or after the main conference program.
IA Summit is renowned for opening its arms to first-timers. We offer an orientation session before the welcome reception, and first-timers dinners where you can meet fellow first-timers and experienced IA Summit attendees.
Meet with your peers and an established IA for advice and support.
