IA Summit 2018 Main Conference TalkTopic(s): artificial intelligence, information architecture, and machine learning
How can we create meaningful experiences when the experience is constantly changing due to AI? Is IA relevant in the age of AI? How can we provide transparency to our users in cognitive computing systems? What is machine learning anyway?
The basics of these concepts will be covered and you’ll learn to distinguish between simply smart systems and ones using AI. The biggest challenges inherent with AI will be discussed including the ethical conflicts and the implications for your work.
