IA Summit 2018 Main Conference TalkTopic(s): collaboration, information architecture, research, techniques, and UX
Getting wider groups involved in design decisions doesn’t have to be onerous and time consuming. While card sorting is an integral part of any user research toolkit, it has many uses as a collaborative engagement tool outside of just information architecture.
From project planning and prioritization, through to making collaborative design decisions, understanding brand identity and crowdsourcing content ideas, there are myriad ways card sorting can be used by your team.
This talk will explore creative ways of embracing card sorting as a tool for bringing teams together and connecting employees, stakeholders, customers and more.
