About the speaker(s)
Coco Chalfant is currently a Senior User Experience Lead at TD Ameritrade. She has her Master’s Degrees in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management, and Library and Information Science from Kent State University. She has worked at MySpace, Disney, Union Bank, and smaller family businesses. She spoke at the IA Summit 2016 Atlanta. She co-chaired World IA Day NYC 2017 and is currently serving as a co-chair for the IA Summit 2018. She also organizes the Jersey City UX Meetup group. When she is not working or co-chairing IA Summit ’18 or planning the next JC UX Meetup, she can be found sailing, dancing, and traveling the world.
